Still Moving Forward

We are all set to close within the next week or two. I am keeping my fingers crossed for one more week, but I won't be surprised if they stick with the original date of the 21st. We did a walk through with the builder this past week (marking all the little spots that needed touch up work), and the appraisal was completed as well. Our mortgage broker has been out of town for the past week, so hopefully everything was continuing with that process while he was gone.
