Exploring the Area

One benefit of living in Phoenix is that there are a LOT of things to go do and see. The downside of course is that most of them cost money, but we are trying to find a balance of free things to do as a family and paying to experience some other things. For instance, the Children's Museum of Phoenix has a free entry night on the first Friday of the month, so we have been there twice now. Of course, it is a busy place to be when it is free, but Ethan has had a lot of fun playing there.

This past weekend, we went to a pumpkin patch about an hour and a half north of Phoenix, near Prescott. I have posted some photos below of that trip as well as our trip to the Phoenix Zoo this morning. Our Oregon Zoo membership gets us in for half the normal cost, and it expires at the end of the month.
