Our New Home (we hope)

Yesterday an offer that we had placed on a new home was accepted, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that nothing will delay the closing process in the upcoming weeks. We already had gone through the loan qualification process to know what our targeted price range was, so we don't anticipate any major hitches. It is a brand new home in South Keizer, and we are very excited that we will be the first ones to live in it. That should also mean that an inspection will be easy. It has been finished since May and has been on the market ever since. The builder had dropped the price by approximately $27,000 within the last month or so. If all goes according to plan, we will close by the 21st of November, which means we will have our very own home for the holiday season! Here are a few pictures that I took when we first looked at it. Of course, there are only a few. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, and the existing appliances are included. We will have to be getting a refrigerator soon, but that is it.
