House Hunting Here We Come!

So, after meeting with a mortgage broker last night, we found out that our credit ratings and overall good financial planning and practices have created an opportunity to start looking toward buying our first home. With house prices falling right now, we have been hoping that we would be able to qualify for financing. Our lease is up at the end of March, so we now have the green light to start the house hunting process now that we have a reasonable price range in mind based on our income and expenses. We are very excited since we are tired of throwing money away into the rent pit every month. Now we have a project to fill all of our free time for a while!! I am very thankful for good money sense right now.
